{Review} Bourjois CC cream

I thought I will love this, I though it could be my HG of CC cream and I thought it could change my mind about CC, BB, or Any alphabets cream that will come out after this because I had a few experience from BB creams which honestly, did not match me at all. Yes, all of them made me look too ashy.
It said it could makes my skin more even an radiant, but when I put it on, I feel wearing a mask on opera and I did not use much and the worse thing, it made me broke out.
Do I need to continue? I don’t want to because my heart is breaking of having much expectation out of this.
At least I haven’t try their Foundation yet, so wish me luck.

Love,

Lunar New Year, A braid bun & Red Lippie

While firecrackers are having an annual war and kids and moms screaming simultaneously on this joyous Lunar New Year, it always daunt me to do an updo that is so complicated and gives a wow impression on my relatives but after all the helping with my mom and doing zillions chores before any big occasions, I always end up put it in bun.
So I  think my hair do is so simple, it only need a braid and roll it up into a bun ..{any kind of braid} and a big bow  clip.

Though as I approaching my mid 30’s, bow has become somewhat kid-dish to me but did I listen to myself? of course not. It can be done with a bright color ribbons and smaller bow.

Pair it with Red Lippie by Bourjois Velvet lipstick in Grand Cru, it last longer and perhaps a good point to make to your nagging relatives with red lipstick.

Have a great Lunar New Year to all my Chinese friends and colleagues. May this goat year bring more prosperity and health and enjoy with your loved ones!

First Impression on Bourjois Unifying Powder

It is too early to tell that Bourjois Unifying Powder is good for me or has deliver such miracle on my skin but I can tell you that I could not wait to try it when I return from work hence the first impression.

So I took my Elianto kabuki brush and swipe it on my skin. To my relief, the color match.. pheww!

Perhaps I am a person who don’t usually struck love at first swipe but it happened. with this powder.
It gave me matte finish BUT (big but) it doesn’t go flat.. or powdery.. do you get what I mean? It gave me a glow too! Even out skin tone and best of all, hide some of my acne scars. Not all but enough to make it fade.

It is lightweight, you won’t feel it is there.
The only downfall of this? There are no puff inside, it would be perfect to do touch up.
I will update my discoveries on this powder after work and leisure. Staying power and oil control. Mean time, Happy Thursday!

Have a great day, peeps!

First Impression on Bourjois Unifying Powder

Bourjois Paris has landed in Kuala Lumpur!

Maybe it is old news but I just discovered it today! It retail at Watson, Pavilion KL and I couldn’t wait to try some of their famous products and talked about.

I bought Unifying Powder that claimed up to 10 hours of matte finish with healthy glow.

It retail price at RM 43,90 and hope the color Dark Beige is suitable with my skin color now. The moment I saw Bourjois counter, I go nuts and perhaps too nuts that I bought this immediately, only done  few swatches on my face. Bad idea.. do not do it at spur at the moment! *face palm*
Let’s hope my impromptu shopping is not a disaster.
Have a great day, peeps!
